Students in STEP who receive a university-based academic scholarship as undergraduates will receive an academic scholarship for their graduate year.
STEP students who were not eligible for a scholarship upon admission to the university as undergraduates will be eligible for a $3,000 Graduate STEP Merit Award in their fifth year if they meet the following criteria:
The Ruth S. Ammon Special Education Graduate Student Scholarship was established by Carol A. Ammon M.B.A. ‘79, in memory and honor of her mother Ruth, who was a former New Hyde Park elementary school teacher.
Scholarships are available to graduate students applying to study Special Education.
